• WORK:

Uncoiling and slitting of metal coils.

• CUSTOMER’S NEED:

-During the process it must maintain constant pressure with an advanced actuator at slow speed by means of a proportional.

• CURRENT PROBLEM:

– Groups installed in continuous operation were heated up by those who needed an oversized cooling system.

(Pump working 100% of the time at pressure – oil lamination).

– High energy consumption

– Counter-accumulator systems tested by the customer showed pressure oscillations during movement and could not regulate accurately.

GOAL: NEW GROUP TO IMPROVE THE CURRENT SYSTEM

DESIGN PROPOSAL:

• Hydraulic unit for continuous work, with Auto-vending block against accumulator and pressure stabilization by means of reducer.

NEW GROUP IN MACHINE:

• The AL21 block puts the pump in recirculation, in automatic mode, without the need for a control pressure switch. When the pressure has reached the set value and resets it when it falls below a specific value. (The pump goes from working at 100% to 18% of the time at pressure).
• Reduction of warming.
• Reduction of energy consumption.
• Longer lifespan.
• Stabilization of working pressure.
